Addicted To Psychic Readings

compass in hand addicted to psychic reading

Having a caring person give you guidance can be comforting, but it’s only beneficial when it helps you make your own choices.

It can happen that people become dependent upon psychics. They will ask the same questions over and over again hoping for a different answer, or they are so disconnected from their inner knowing they can't answer for themselves. They look outside themselves for fulfillment, guidance, and assurance. God created each of us with intuition, but we've mostly lost our connection to it as we grew into adulthood. We rely on logic and fact and tend to discount our gut-check that might resist what factual information is before us. When in doubt, go with your gut.

I've written about Intelligence and Intuition here

Becoming emotionally and spiritually dependent upon a psychic is not a good place to be for the psychic or the client. During a psychic reading, prediction can occur, but decisions and any actions you take are up to you. This dependence and my desire to avoid it is a huge reason I teach How to Develop your Intuition

Developing your intuition will help you connect back to your inner knowing. You will build confidence and trust in your ability to hear that quiet voice deep inside you that will lead you to make right choices. Intuition always acts in your best interest, for the highest good of you and others.

I ask clients to wait for a minimum of thirty days between readings. This way they can process the sometimes emotional information delivered during a reading, and also see the results of any actions they choose to take. It also allows for a settling of their energy post-reading and for me to remain a clear channel and have time for self-care. It's also a necessary boundary I have set for myself.

If you'd like to learn more about intuition and how you can strengthen yours I'd love to have you in class
